Tapered Transparent Cylinders/Tubes

Tapered Transparent Tubes/Cylinders consists of flat sheet material which is die-cut into the required size. The die-cut sheet is then glued on the hinge tab with a special adhesive. The tapered or conical shape allows each unit to nest into one another during transportation whereas conventional cylinders/tubes cant nest into one another resulting in more space being utilised when shipping. The base and lid are thermoformed. The base is glued onto the bottom and the lid is supplied loose.

The benefit of a Transparent Tube/Clear Tube is that it visually exposes the product to the consumer. The transparent Carton/Tube can be decorated by means of printing, labels or cardboard inserts.
