Printed tubes/clear tubes consists of flat sheet material which is die-cut into the required size.
Clear Cylinders/Tubes
The die-cut sheet is then printed, hotmelt glued or ultrasonically welded on the hinge tab. The base and lid are thermoformed. The base is glued/welded onto the bottom and the lid is supplied loose.
The benefit of a Printed Tube/Clear Tube is that it visually exposes the product to the consumer. The transparent Carton/Tube can be decorated by means of printing, labels or cardboard inserts.
